In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address concerns about data, content and the Service.

How to file a grievance
- Email the officer from your registered email and include:
- your registered phone number (the last 4 digits is fine),
- any payment/order IDs, screenshots or message links involved,
- a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours.
- Most grievances are resolved within 15 days. Complex matters receive an interim status update at the 15-day mark and a final resolution within 30 days.
What you can raise here
- Misuse of your personal data or breach of this site’s privacy policy.
- Unlawful, infringing or abusive content you encountered.
- Issues with a specific astrologer or session.
- Unresolved refund or billing disputes (see the Refund Policy first).
Escalation
If your grievance concerns personal-data processing and is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once notified by the Government of India. We will cooperate fully with any such proceedings.
